Import workspace failing with error

I have created an application in DEV instance. I wanted to migrate the application to DIT (Test instance).

I exported the workspace from DEV into a script and tried importing it using the UI
(Home--> Manage Workspaces-->.Import workspaces).

It fails with the following error

We are on
Oracle Application Express Release 3.0

Any help would be highly appreciated.
