Import self signed certificate into JRE on server or client?

I got the security warning when I run oracle forms application with JRE 1.7.0_80. per solution (Doc ID 1596871.1) provided by Oracle, I need to import self signed certificate into JRE to rid off this warning.

Question: I need to import it on application server or on client machine?
