Import Script to Ignore First line of file

I am importing a .csv file and since the first row contains the headers I nwant to ignore/skip this line. I tried using the RES.PblnSKip function in various ways and it doesn't seem to work. I would imagine this would be a common issue but I can't seem to find any posts/info on this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
