Import outlook contacts to convergence

Hello,
I am using Sun Convergence 1.0-14.01 (built June 9 2010 - 23:49:24) and have problems while importing contacts from MS Outlook 2010 to Convergence.
After exporting to csv from Outlook, the convergence returns a message like "No contacts imported, verify file". I have checked the csv file and seems to be correct.
The Outlook ldif exported file, is not imported to convergence either.
Is there any reported bug about this? Any workaround?
Where can I check bugs an RFEs about a product?
