Import of CSV failed

I am currently working on an import project that requires to import an enormous csv file. The file has 425 columns and will contain 13000 rows. Right now I am running test imports for this and we have been using the import data function available when we right click. But we have noticed that when the file is too big the import fails at every time.... I have tried using the sql* Loader table option which creates the control files but this has been unsuccessful as well. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem before and how this was actually solved. I do not want to start coding java just to do this import .... nor create a talend job.
