Import IXF (DB2 Integrated Exchange Format) format extract into Oracle

Hi,

I want to load the DB2 dump files which is in ixf (Integrated Exchange Format)format into Oracle. I am not able to view the file content also since this format is not editable using text editor. If anyone knows that how to load DB2 extracts into oracle, please give me the suggestion.
