Import failed from Windows FTP server to OVM 3.0.3 Manager

I am trying to import a template from Windows ftp server and keep getting the following errors:

Template import error: [Errno 14] curl#9 - "Server denied you to change to the given directory"

However, I can ftp to the Windows server from the OVM server and OVM manager host via Linux command line without these server denied errors.

I am using the following ftp string:

ftp://meteor%5Coracle:password@winftp/OVM/templates/RAC11gR2/V22495-01.zip

Any ideas how to resolve this issue so that I can import the OVM RAC 11g template?
