Import error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into

I am performing a schema level import and I am getting this error. From half an hour, this error is coming without any stoppage. could you please tell me how to ignore this error while performing the import?

IMP-00019: row rejected due to ORACLE error 1400
IMP-00003: ORACLE error 1400 encountered
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("LWARE_ADMIN"."SAMPLE_AUDIT_LOG"."COUNTER")

The db version is 10.2.0.4 and the platform is HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64
