I found today when I remote into my computer to use SQL developer 18.1 version, the data import screen is not showing the bottom navigation button, like next, finish etc. So I cannot do my data import. I work home today, so I don't know if it work if directly on workstation.
We are at End year process work, so I chose to remote into my other workstation and use the old version of SQL developer 4.2, it worked.
Here is the screen shot, you can see there is no button of next at the bottom of import screen.
