Import data only using imp utility

Hello All,
Export full database
exp \"/ as sysdba \" full=y rows=y log=$LOGFILE file=$PROGNAME

Import full database -- I want to import data only and not DDL.
imp \"/ as sysdba \" full=y rows=y log=$LOGFILE file=$PROGNAME BUFFERS=67108864
