implementing Recommendations for tuning sql problem

Hi,
i performed sql tuning advisor in OEM,it given one recommendation. But while implementing recommendation getting below error.

There was a problem creating the SQL Profile ORA-13786: missing SQL text of statement object "1"
 for tuning task "SQL_TUNING_1275371360912" ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_ERROR", 
line 95 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQLTUNE_INTERNAL", line 16255 ORA-06512: at "SYS.PRVT_SQLPROF_INFRA", line 31 ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQLTUNE", line 7133 ORA-06512: at line 1

and how i can ne sql script after recommendation implemented.could u please help
