Implementing Native Libraries in JWS

I am attempting to use JWS to launch a Web Cam service program that will be able to get feed form the users webcam (using JMF) and send it back to a central server, but in order to do that I need to access some native windows methods. Is this possible within JWS (I will be using all-permissions.)?

Has anyone does this and can point me in the right direction?
