Implementing iFS

Hi,
my company is considering whether to use iFS and would like to know some issues with using iFS. As an Oracle partner do we get free software? How much will the licensing costs?(Development, Deployment, anything else?) We are currently using Oracle 8.1.5 Enterprise version and our web server is Weblogic 5.1.
