Hi,
We are looking forward to implement Time & Labor in Oracle HCM Cloud in coexistence mode. Core HR is currently running in Oracle EBS HRMS R12 and Payroll is outsourced to ADP.
I assume that technically it should be possible to implement Time & Labor in coexistence mode.
Let me know if anyone has worked on any similar requirement from any other customer and what solution we proposed them.
Please share if anyone has tried implementing Time and Labor in coexistence mode and any challenges faced in implementing it.
What is Oracle's recommendation on if Time and Labor can be implemented in HCM Cloud in coexistence mode or Global HR is must for it?
