impdp with system user gets ORA-39002, ORA-39070, ORA-29283

Product name: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition
Current version: 12.2.0.1.0
Even granting needed permissions on the directory to system user (read, write), trying to import a schema dump version 12.1.0.2.0 on a pdb version 12.2.0.1.0, I get the following error messages:

ORA-39002: invalid operation
ORA-39070: unable to open the log file
ORA-29283: invalid file operation
ORA-29283: invalid file operation

How to solve it?
