impdp showing log buffer space wait

I am doing an import using datapump.

I can see a lot of waits related to "log buffer space" while running the impdp.

I have *.log_buffer paramter set to 10485760 (10MB)

Does it mean that I should increase this parameter and how to know what value will be good.
