impdp is very slow when importing indexes

hi friends,
when i am doing import using impdp the process becomes very slow when it importing indexes
Processing object type SCHEMA_EXPORT/TABLE/INDEX/INDEX

and also i want to know is there any other methods for doing import that will be fast and efficient

i am doing simply impdp datapumpdir= file= log= remap_schemas= :
