impdp - does it work for XMLType columns ?

Does impdp handle non-schema based XMLType columns OK ?

We're getting errors such as "ORA-26065: check constraint cannot reference column, SYS_NC00007$, in direct path load" when importing a database schema that was exported from a different server. Both servers are 10.2.0.1 64-bit RedHat linux.

Are there particular flags you have to pass as arguments to impdp when importing XMLType data, or is this something fixed in a patch set ?

We have a service request open (SR Number 5817021.992), but has anyone here ran into this issue before and know the solution ?
