Impact of Different Entitlement Timezone and Provider Group Timezone

If under Set Up CRM > Common Definitions > Entitlement > Service Level, the time zone is set to EST

and

under Workforce > Provider Groups > Provider Group Schedule, is set to a different time zone, how does this affect the SLA of a Case?

Does the HRSC clock automatically adjust if it’s daylight saving time period and does it affect the work schedule timing of the Provider Group as well?
