Imp Production-Bi_server1

Hi All
We installaed OBIEE11g in production(Linux box).After 1 week working fine.Now when we try to run /home/obiee11gusr/oraInventory/createCentralInventory.sh
Above file.(B'cos if we need to migrate 10g into 11g we need ua utility thats why i installad login root user).

My obiee installed obiee11gusr.
Noi when i try to start services it showing below error in Bi_server1.Pls advice me what is the solution.

Logging configuration is missing or invalid for targets:/Farm_bifoundation_domain/bifoundation_domain/bi_server1.
Also, make sure that this target is up.
oracle.sysman.emSDK.app.exception.EMSystemException
