Imp/exp utility wont work

Hi everbody,
i have window 7-64 bit, I've installed both oracle 10GR2 and oracle 11G without any obstacles or problems.
recently I've formatted and reinstalled the same windows, but when i install oracle 10GR2 the imp/exp utility is not working, and it just gave

C:\Users\Ashraf\Oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN>imp
Import: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on Fri Apr 15 18:12:58 2011
Copyright (c) 1982, 2005, Oracle. All rights reserved.
IMP-00058:
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully
C:\Users\Ashraf\Oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\BIN>

any ideas? i thought about viruses, about reinstalled again an again to different drives, but the same...
