IMP command not found!! HELP

339240Oct 21 2002
HELP! I am trying to import a dump file and any attempt to use the IMP command from the PL/SQL command line it tells me...
SQL> imp XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXX file=mcmisp.dmp log=imptomcqs.log fromuser=mcmis touser=mcmis
SP2-0734: unknown command beginning "imp XXXXXXXX..." - rest of line ignored.

Please tell me what I am doing wrong!

Thanks as always!
