IMP-00058:ORACLE error 1017 encountered
hi all,
i am using oracle9i in windows.when i was perform logical backup i got error
while imporing the exported data.
actually i exported like this
exp scott/tiger owner=scott file=D:\scottbak.dmp rows=y
i did this successfully
but while importing
imp test/tes fromuser=scott touser=test file=d:\scottbak.dmp row=y
i receive this error
IMP-00058:ORACLE error 1017 encountered
ORA-0107:invalid username/password:login denied username:
i gave username:test
password:tes
once again it shows the same error.
i am sure the user 'test' got the all the privilages to export and import
as i gav create session privilage;
can anyone assist to solve this problem may i know why i got this error....
