IMP-00037: Character set marker unknown

Hi,

I have one dump file exported using 10.2.0.2.0 export utility and has 64 - bit

I want to import it but it gives me error

IMP-00037: Character set marker unknown
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

What can be the reason?

On Oracle documentation it is said that Dump file is corrupted but It is not corrupted.

I have oracle installed that is not 64 bit its 32 bit.
