IMP-00013: only a DBA can import a file exported by another DBA

Hi,

Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.0 - 64bit Production
PL/SQL Release 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
CORE 9.2.0.8.0 Production
TNS for Solaris: Version 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
NLSRTL Version 9.2.0.8.0 - Production


I need to take a export from a database and import it into another database.

I have taken export from a database and its sucessfull but when i try to import it into the 2nd one Iam getting below mentioned error

Export file created by EXPORT:V09.02.00 via direct path

IMP-00013: only a DBA can import a file exported by another DBA

IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully.

I dont have the EXP_FULL_DATABASE,IMP_FULL_DATABASE in both the databases.

Coould you suggest what needs to done...
