IMP-00009: abnormal end of export file - Import failed

Please provide your suggestions.
I got an .dmp file to import it in the test db server, during db import i am getting the below error(highlighted).
Export File Details:
Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
Export done in WE8ISO8859P1 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
Import File Details:
Connected to: Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production
With the Partitioning, OLAP, Data Mining and Real Application Testing options
Export file created by EXPORT:V10.02.01 via conventional path
Warning: the objects were exported by SYSTEM, not by you
import done in WE8MSWIN1252 character set and AL16UTF16 NCHAR character set
import server uses AL32UTF8 character set (possible charset conversion)
export client uses WE8ISO8859P1 character set (possible charset conversion)
. importing L2000's objects into L2000
. . importing table "FTOS_LOG_CANDIDATES"
IMP-00009: abnormal end of export file
IMP-00058: ORACLE error 1438 encountered
ORA-01438: value larger than specified precision allowed for this column
IMP-00028: partial import of previous table rolled back: 341598666 rows rolled backImport terminated successfully with warnings.
Tried with so many times by changing its charactor set but still the error the is coming.
Can you suggest me which is causing this error ?
Also let me know the solution please.
My system config:
OS: Windows Server 2003
Oracle: 10.2.0.4
