Image Zoom-in & Zoom-out and its extension

I am using Oracle Apex 18.1 with ORDS 18.1 and with Database 11gR2, I have Image Report and Form as mention in video,

Now I have question how can i zoom-in and zoom-out image in Report (page 9)?, furthermore when i download the image or any thing its format is not showing, how can i display it?
