IIS 7.0 Http Error 404.0 when launching workspace URL

Hi - having some issues trying to launch the workspace URL link after the EPM11.1.3 install. The installation went with no problems and configuration was also no problems. When I launch the workspace URL I get http error 404.0 The file that you are trying to access was moved or does not exist.

On the page, I see it says Physical path c:\inetpub\wwwroot\workspace. When I went to that directory, I got to wwwroot but did not see a folder or file called workspace. This sounds like it's the cause of my problem.

Where during the EPM install or configuration would this file / folder be produced?
