IIO PCIE Fatal Error

Hello,

We have the following faults on Oracle Server x5-2, the system has the latest ILOM Software release 1.4 (ILOM 3.2.4.60 and BIOS 30.06.01.00)

has anyone encountered the above mentioned faults, could it be a bug?
