IG select only one record

Hello.

I am using Apex 18.2.

I have one demand from a customer. He wants to use interactive grid. Limitation - in the grid, user can select only one row at a time.

So i should disable/remove select all check box and deselect last selected row, if new one is selected. There must always be only one row selected.

Javascript?
