IG number with format - broken change detection [BUG?]

Hi all
Apex 21.1.2
When using number column with format mask "999G999G999G999G990D00" when we enter into edit mode and simply press Esc or Enter (without changing anything) IG marks column as changed and when we save data record is updated.
It looks like a bug in IG.
Does anybody know how to deal with this ?

Please look, edit mode on Id, then 2 time tab only - N column is marked as changed :

On Date column (D) it is working fine,
