IG error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'addRow')

Hi,
I have an Interactive Grid running under APEX 21.2.1. I get this javaScript Error when the page is loaded, without doing anything on any button of the IG :
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'addRow')
I have no made any JavaScrpt cusotmization. There is only this IG running on the page.
