iFS and DB licensing

I'm having trouble confirming what the exact licensing for the following. If I want to have iFS on one server and the DB on another exactly what licensing do I require? I've been given various options but nothing confirmed yet.

Is it
1. 1 * 1cpu DB license
2. 2 * 1cpu licenses even though the DB is only on one server
3. 2 * 2cpu licneses (this has been supplied by someone in oracle sales).

Any help greatly appreciated.
