ifrun60 randomly fails (crash)

I have problem with Forms builder [32 Bit] Verzia 6.0.8.8.0 on Windows XP Professional
Forms compiled with builder sometimes crash without visible reason. Sometime it fails when mouse pointer moves over menu.
There is a dump of failed form.
Is this a know problem or is there some patch of Forms builder?
