ifiles are not loaded

I'm new using sqldeveloper 1.2 on several solaris boxes.
Unfortunately, ifiles within tnsnames.ora will not load:
Jul 24, 2007 10:58:18 AM oracle.dbtools.raptor.utils.TNSHelper getTNSEntries
SEVERE: ifile not found /opt/adbm/oracle/admin/network/tnsnames1_local.ora

But the files are definitely there, are readable and all other oracle tools will handle this.
