ifconfig shows duplicate flag set

Hi,

We are facing a strange issue in our Lab. As soon as we add an IP to a logical interface on any of the physical interface, it shows the "duplicate" flag set. We are sure that no-one else is using the same IP address. Following is the snapshot of /var/adm/messages and "arp -a" :
