if source database has been flashback to restore point, how to manage extract on source database and replicat on target ?

I have a source database 19c pdb with goldengate integrated extract. For application patch, we will create a restore point, if we decide to flashback to restore point after 1 day. How do I do for extract and replicat? Our relicat is non-integrated one.
