IDP Initiated SSO in OAM

I have successfully setup Oracle Access manager, and configured SP partner and can do SP initiated SSO successfully.

I need to know from where I can perform IDP initiated SSO. Normally IDPs has portal where application icons appears, when we click on that icons, IDP make session on that application for the user. I didn't find that portal in Oracle access manager. Please guide me. Thanks
