IDOL Server Not runnning

I am trying to run IDOL Server , but its not starting its 4 components properly.
When I faced this problem , I used to check whether
1.The lock is hold by previously , if so i end the process using task manager
2. In the worst case , I will stop my server and restarting the server will work fine.
But I am getting following error , after doing some trial and error methods also
Please suggest.
