IDM KPI.

Hello Experts,

            I have to implement KPI in my system where i can able to see OR track the performance of ths system. We have Idenetity and Access Management system in place for client and they want to track below request.

    • System Availaility
    • Serving Percentage  / min or hour  or day
    • authentication / request has been served withing min / hour / day
    • rates of SSO in hour.

          is this possible with default IAM suit or do i need to go for some different tool. Please guide me in same. Thanks for your support as always.
