Idle_time limit

Hello , please help me, i don't know what i am doing wrong.
My database is 11.2.0.1 and i am trying to enforce idle_time resource limit
I have set resource_limit to true and idle_time for 1 minute.
But users that are having profile wiht idle_time=1, still don't seem to be disconected after the try some query after 1 minute.
Infact they can still run any query succesfuly.
do i nedd to enable soemthing more ?
