Identifying tables for Partitioning

Hi Team,

OS:RHEL

DB: 11GR2

We are planning to identify tables for partitioning in our database. We will be using two criteria to identify the same.

1. Table size more than 4 GB

2. Tables subjected to heavy DMLs

Just wanted to know is there any other criteria I must consider.
