Identify special character and text combination in column

Hello All,

I want to find two character values with mixed text and special characters (e.g. e§, C%, A!, etc.)

and do not list values of type integer, text + integer, text (e.g. DE, EN, 09, D9, xx, etc.) in a column.

Output will be

id	Value
1	C%
2	A!

Please suggest sql.
