Hi
On 12c Multitenant , a Single copy of Alert log is generated which contains warnings and alert information for all PDB.
But, my question si...How to identified in the alert log, what s the PDB where the error is happening?
For example.: I have a CDB with PDBa, PDBb, PDBc...all are identical..
When some errors is happen, they are generic.. not showing from what PDB is comming...
This is an example:
---------------------------------------------------------
Mon Aug 22 02:32:05 2016
Errors in file /srv/oracle/diag/rdbms/nuna/NUNA/trace/NUNA_j000_31794.trc:
ORA-12012: error en la ejecución automática del trabajo 10
ORA-04063: package body "SEGUI_P.PRO_INTERFASE_H" tiene errores
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: no se ha encontrado la unidad de programa llamada : "SEGUI_P.PRO_INTERFASE_H"
ORA-06512: en línea 1
---------------------------------------------------------
Nothing is referencing to PDB where the errors is happening..
In trace files this is possible with CONTAINER ID value:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
*** 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** SESSION ID:(56.6207) 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** CLIENT ID:() 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** SERVICE NAME:(SYS$USERS) 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** MODULE NAME:() 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** CLIENT DRIVER:() 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** ACTION NAME:() 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
*** CONTAINER ID:(4) 2016-08-22 02:32:05.408
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
But in alert log there is not reference to container id.
There are any options to log the PDB name (or container id) in alert file for easy and quickly identification of PDB source of such problem?
Sorry for my bad english
Regards
Gustavo
