identifier 'PKG_AUTH_USERS.FNC_USER_AUTH' must be declared ORA-06512:

Hi, I imported an apex application from another workspace. In the other workspace I only had read rights but in the imported workspace I am the administrator. When I login to my workspace using my credentials (For that workspace) and try to run the imported application I get the above error. How do I declare ‘PKG_AUTH_USERS.FNC_USER_AUTH’? Thanks For the help.
