IDE problem - Go To File (Ctrl+Alt+Minus)

Hello everyone.

I'm using jDeveloper 12.1.2.0.0

I extensively use keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+Alt+Minus (and Alt+Home).

All of the sudden, the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Minus (Go To File) is not popping up anymore . It disappeared.

It does not show up even from the menu "Navigation > Go To File".

I went to "Tools > Preferences > Shortcut Keys" to re-assign the shortcut and even to change it to a new one, but in vain.

This has happened to colleagues in 11gR2 as well. Cannot understand the reason or how to fix it.
