Icon set similar to that of IconExperience

I recently found that the icon set provided by IconExperience at incors.com very attractive. I was wondering if there is something out there similar to it but is free to use cause US$ 129 isn't really that "affordable" to me.

Besides, can anyone recommend an elegant and clean look&feel to use? The Alloy L&F sure is great, but it's not free; the Plastic L&F of jgoodies looks fine, too, but some of its themes use the hard-coded "Tahoma" font which prevents displaying non-english characters properly.
