Icon image not showing in forms 11g RELEASE 2

Dear,

What is the fix for showing iconic images in forms 11g Release 2 (its different from release 1)

in Forms 10g i used to edit the files orion-web.xml and registry.dat, these files don't exist in 11g R2!!!
Also i tried to edit the values of registry keys but not working...

Appreciate if anyone has fix for that bug.
