ICD-10 Code searching-Database structure

Hi Guru!

I need to do a search engine for ICD-10 code.I have the code and description in my Database in 2 separate columns.But client wants to search based on keyword which may not contain the description.so I need mapping criteria to search the ICD code.

Please help me.
