Hi Experts,

We have a department dashboard with only one page and multiple reports. The prompt on the page has two drop-downs Department Number, and Product Number, Department managers use this dashboard.

Req -- I need to send an ibot with this dashboard page to the dept managers group with their department number, and product numbers selected and executed.

I tried keeping Prompt Values Default to session variables.......with their respective Dept Nbrs and Prod IDs. But My question is if it is a session variable then how can Dept Mgr-7 can get 7(from session variable) selected with out logging in?
